The IDF and the ISA attacked the command and control center of the Hamas terrorist organization in the UNRWA complex in the center of the Gaza Strip, which was used in recent weeks to direct several terrorist acts against IDF forces in the Gaza Strip and towards humanitarian aid.
Led by the Gaza Division and with intel guidance of the Intelligence Directorate and the ISA, the IDF attacked the central command and control center of Hamas located in the UNRWA complex in the center of the Gaza Strip. The attack was carefully planned and executed using precise firepower while trying to avoid as much as possible harming uninvolved parties.
The headquarters that was attacked served as a central terrorist infrastructure, from which several terrorist acts were planned in recent weeks against IDF forces in the central Gazan Strip corridor.
Through this headquarters, combat means were transferred to terrorists as well as supplies to tunnel-dwelling terrorists.
The Hamas terrorist organization systematically exploits international institutions and civilian populations as human shields for terrorist actions against the State of Israel.
