The Chief of Staff’s full remarks are attached: “The attack in Gaza will be strong, its goals are to restore security to the residents around Gaza, and to bring the captured back home. From a defensive stance in the North, you are doing this excellently, and we are preparing an attack in the North. We are taking the severe event of October 7th, we regrouped, came out strong forward, and are sending a very clear message about our presence here moving forward. The reserve world has a significant part in this. The State of Israel, I say this on my behalf, I say this on behalf of the IDF, I allow myself to say in the name of the State of Israel, the Israeli government, immense appreciation for this long presence here.”
