During an operation to thwart terror at Shifa Hospital: IDF and SHABAK eliminated the head of the Operations Directorate in the Interior Security of the terror organization Hamas.

Following intelligence information from SHABAK and AMAN regarding the presence of senior Hamas figures at Shifa Hospital, IDF and SHABAK launched a targeted arrest operation last night. During this operation, the forces eliminated the terrorist, Fa’ak Mabuch.

In his role, Mabuch was the head of the Operations Directorate in the Interior Security of the terror organization Hamas. Among other things, Mabuch was responsible for the synchronization of Hamas mechanisms in routine and war situations.

Mabuch was killed in a firefight with the forces while armed and hiding within the premises of Shifa Hospital from where he conducted terror activities. A large quantity of weapons was found in the room adjacent to where he was eliminated.
