Additionally, during the same combat in which Staff Sergeant Nir Rafael Kanaan and Staff Sergeant Bierhano Kassia died, five Givati Brigade soldiers were severely injured.
The injured soldiers were taken to receive medical treatment at the hospital and their families have been updated.
