The IDF has recovered the body of the abducted Eliyahu Toledano, may his memory be a blessing.
The body of the abductee Eliyahu Toledano (28), of blessed memory, was extracted by the IDF from the Gaza Strip to Israeli territory. This operation was carried out by soldiers from the 551st Brigade and Unit 504 of the Intelligence Wing, under the command of the 162nd Division.
Following an identification process carried out by medical and military rabbinical personnel, together with the Institute of Forensic Medicine and the Israel Police, representatives of the IDF, police, and the Abductees and Missing Persons Unit of the Prime Minister’s Office notified the family of Eliyahu Toledano, of blessed memory, who was abducted on Saturday, October 23rd, 2023, by the Hamas terrorist organization, that his body had been recovered and returned to Israeli territory. We extend our deepest condolences to the family.
The national mission we face is to locate those missing and return all abductees home. We are working together with the security forces, using all intelligence and operational means to return all those missing and abducted home.
