Many of them were indicted as terrorists and some of them participated in the massacre on October 7, 2023.
During the fighting in the Gaza Strip, suspects of terrorist activities were arrested. The relevant suspects are interrogated in the Gaza Strip or taken for further detention and questioning in the territory of the country.
Those who are found not to be involved in terrorist activity are released back to the Gaza Strip, to a place where they are not in danger, as soon as possible.
Those found to have reason to continue their detention per Israeli law are brought to a judicial review before a judge.

- 19.10.2023 – Demolition of the house of a terrorist in Kfar Kiva who carried out the attack at the entrance to Kedumim on July 6, 2023, in which the late fighter Sergeant Shila Amir fell. Destroyed by engineering tools.
- 20.10.2023 – The demolition of one of the houses of the terrorists in Kfar Orif who carried out the attack at the Ali gas station on June 20, 2023, in which four civilians were killed and many others were injured. Destroyed in an explosion.
- 21.10.2023 – Demolition of the house of a terrorist in the Aqabat Jaber refugee camp who carried out the shooting attack on Highway 90 on February 27, 2023, in which the late Ilan Glens was murdered. Destroyed in an explosion.
- 28.10.2023 – Demolition of a terrorist’s house in Gilzon of an operative of the terrorist organization Hamas. Destroyed by engineering tools.
- 29.10.2023 – Demolition of the house of a terrorist in the Askar refugee camp who carried out the attack at Hamra Junction on April 7, 2023, in which the mother and her two daughters from the Dee family were murdered. Destroyed in an explosion.
- 31.10.2023 – Demolition of a terrorist’s house in the village of Arora of Saleh Arori, deputy head of the political bureau of the terrorist organization Hamas. Destroyed in an explosion.
- 03.11.2023 – Demolition of the house of a terrorist in Mashken Sha’abia who was involved in carrying out the attack in the Hvara corridor on February 26, 2023, in which the late Hillel Weigel brothers were murdered. Destroyed in an explosion.
8 + 9. 10.11.2023 – The demolition of the homes of the terrorists in the city of Hebron of the brothers Tzhak and Mohammed Nathir who carried out the attack at the Sheep Crossing on August 21, 2023, in which the late Bat Sheva Nigri was murdered. They were destroyed in an explosion.
- 14.11.2023 – Demolition of a terrorist’s house in Kfar Arif of the other terrorist who carried out the shooting attack at the Baali gas station on June 20, 2023 in which 4 civilians were murdered and others were injured. Destroyed in an explosion.
- 24.11.2023 – Demolition of the house of a terrorist in Kfar Romana who carried out the shooting attack in Tel Aviv, in which the late patrolman Chen Amir was murdered. It was destroyed by engineering tools.
- 27.11.2023 – Demolition of the house of a terrorist in the village of Deir Amar, who carried out the stampede attack at the Maccabim checkpoint, where the late Maxim Molchanov fell. Destroyed in an explosion.
