The Chief of Staff to the reserve fighters in Gaza: “Let it be known to those who attack the citizens of the State of Israel that we are prepared to go far, to bring precise intelligence, to strike, and to kill.”
The Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Herzi Halevi, held a situational assessment yesterday (Thursday) in the central Gaza Strip corridor with the commander of the Southern Command, Major General Yaron Finkelman, the commander of Division 252, Brigadier General Moran Omer, and additional commanders.

Attached are the full remarks of the Chief of Staff: “Our message to the entire Middle East this week – those who attack Israeli citizens, those who attack the State of Israel, we are ready to go far, we know how to make a significant effort to bring very precise intelligence, to strike, to kill, and also to take risks. We have attacked in Beirut and we are attacking in Gaza, and we will be very strong in defense, and then we will also strike very hard. This message is very important. We cannot do these things without relying on the fact that we know there are reservists with a very high willingness, with very high professional capability and a high level of dedication. The IDF fights excellently, you fight excellently, but we need to know that we have the perseverance, the determination to continue doing this right, until we achieve the goals of the war.”
