Air defense fighters successfully intercepted a suspicious aerial target over the sea near the shores of Nahariya. No alerts were activated regarding the incursion of hostile aircraft according to policy; the alerts that were activated during the event stemmed from concerns about falling interception debris.
In the last hour, an anti-tank missile was launched towards the area of Sha’tul, hitting a structure in the vicinity. As a result of the impact, a fire broke out, which was extinguished shortly thereafter.
Additionally, following the alert activated at 19:43 regarding the incursion of hostile aircraft in the Golan Heights area, air defense fighters successfully intercepted a suspicious aerial target that crossed from Lebanon. Alerts for rocket and missile fire were activated due to concerns about falling interception debris.
In all these events, there are no casualties.
