The IDF continues to strike in southern Lebanon; two additional launchers used to launch rockets towards northern Israel earlier today have been targeted.
Combat aircraft recently attacked two launchers belonging to the terrorist organization Hezbollah in the areas of A-Taybeh and Marjayoun in southern Lebanon, from which rockets were launched towards northern Israel earlier today.
In addition, IDF forces conducted artillery fire towards the Rashiya al-Fuqhar area in southern Lebanon, from which rockets were fired towards northern Israel.
In response to alerts activated in northern Israel at 11:52, 12:00, and 12:19, interceptors were launched towards suspicious aerial targets, and these incidents have concluded. Alerts for rocket and missile fire were activated due to concerns about the debris from the intercepts.
Following the alerts activated at 12:55 in the Meron area and at 14:09 in the Metula region, several launches were detected crossing from Lebanese territory.
In all the incidents, there were no casualties.
Firefighting forces continue to operate in northern Israel to extinguish the fires that broke out as a result of the rocket launches conducted by the terrorist organization Hezbollah earlier today.
