The IDF attacked about 200 targets of the Hamas terror organization overnight; Ground forces continue to fight, demolishing terror infrastructures located within schools in the northern Strip.
The IDF’s ground forces continue to operate in the Gaza Strip alongside extensive airstrikes from the Air Force.
The Negev Brigade destroyed a terror infrastructure located in a school in Beit Hanoun, from which an attack on our forces was carried out. Within the school compound, two tunnel shafts were found, one of them booby-trapped, an explosives scene, and means of warfare.
An aircraft of the Air Force, under the command of the 282 Fire Brigade, struck vehicles carrying missiles, launchers, and other means of warfare, preventing damage to our forces in real-time. Additionally, another aircraft, under the command of the 261 Brigade (Artillery Corps 1) attacked and destroyed a military infrastructure used for an ambush against our forces.
In addition, reservists from the 551 Brigade directed an Air Force aircraft that eliminated a cell of terrorists. Subsequently, the brigade attacked the warfare depot from which the terrorists had emerged.
During the night, the Naval Forces attacked a number of Hamas terror organization targets, in support of the infiltrating forces. Among the attacked targets, a Hamas naval observation post and terror infrastructure in the Gaza Strip. In addition, the forces attacked, using precise fire, military buildings of the Hamas terror organization.
