In the battle where Staff Sergeant (reserve) Amichai Israel Joshua Oster tragically fell, two reserve fighters from Battalion 7020, ‘Sharon’ Brigade (5), were seriously injured.

In addition, a reserve fighter in the Engineering Battalion 8219, ‘Half of the Fire’ Brigade (551), was seriously injured in a battle in the south of the Gaza Strip.

Also, an officer in the Military Engineering School got severely injured in a battle in the north of the Gaza Strip.

The wounded soldiers were evacuated for medical treatment in a hospital, their families have been updated.
