IDF soldiers continue to fight across the Gaza Strip; troops from the Golani Brigade identified and neutralized several Nah’ba terrorists while they were loading combat equipment into a vehicle, and troops from the Nah’al Brigade found and destroyed a launch site from which rockets were fired at the Ashkelon region.
In the Beit Lahia area, forces from the Nahal Brigade’s combat team identified the source of a rocket fire that had been executed earlier this week at the city of Ashkelon and began operations in the area where the launches were identified.
Yesterday (Saturday), during the operations, the fighters located a complex with dozens of launchers, which was destroyed by the Engineering Corps after being found.
At Al-Bureij, a force from the Golani Brigade’s combat unit identified four Nah’ba terrorists loading combat equipment into a vehicle. The terrorists were attacked by a remote-piloted aerial vehicle entering the vehicle, neutralizing the terrorists and destroying the combat equipment.
An armed terrorist was identified by IDF drone operators advancing towards forces in the area. The terrorist was attacked and neutralized by an assaulting force from the Golani Brigade’s combat unit.
In the center of the Gaza Strip, during operations by the 646 Brigade combat team, a weapons manufacturing facility was identified by the soldiers. The forces revealed two tunnels within and near a building in the area. The tunnels were destroyed by the Engineering Corps. Several terrorists were identified and neutralized during the operation.
At the Al-Ma’azi camp, IDF soldiers of the Golani Brigade located a tunnel with many pieces of military weapons inside.
