IDF Spokesman:

The fighting continues in Al Ma’azi and Khan Yunis: Golani fighters identified an armed terrorist squad and after air tracking – they were eliminated.

Combat soldiers of the Golani brigade operating in Al Ma’azi identified three terrorists armed with Kalashnikovs.

After tracking the squad with aircraft, the terrorists were spotted as they emerged from a tunnel and were neutralized by an air strike.

Intelligently guided, the brigade’s soldiers found many weapons in a terrorist’s family house during the operation in the area.

In another activity in Al Ma’azi, fighters of Yiftach Brigade (11) identified eight terrorists moving towards a school used for terrorist activity and eliminated them with sniper fire.

In Khan Yunis, Givati brigade’s combat team’s fire complex spotted three terrorists emerging from a building where fighting resources were found, and in coordination with the fighters, directed an air force aircraft to strike them, and they were eliminated.

The fire complex of the Commando Brigade identified two terrorists placing an explosive on the ground, and with the guidance of aircraft, the terrorists were eliminated. Subsequently, the fire complex identified two more terrorists entering a building, one of them climbed onto the roof to spy on our forces. The two terrorists were eliminated by a fighter jet.

Combat soldiers of Division 4 fighting in Khan Yunis quickly encircled and attacked terror infrastructures from which rocket fire was identified towards brigade forces a short time ago.
