Joint message from the IDF spokesperson and the Shin Bet:

Duvedevan and Mista’arvim fighters, under the guidance of the Shin Bet, eliminated a PFLP activist who carried out terror activities against security forces in Silat al-Harithiya in northern West Bank; nine fugitives were arrested overnight in Judea and Samaria.

Duvedevan and Mista’arvim fighters, under the guidance of the Shin Bet, eliminated this morning in the village of Silat al-Harithiya in the Menashe region, Mohammed Adel Mohammed Shelbaya, a terrorist in the PFLP.
Shelbaya was involved in promoting significant terrorist activities for the PFLP, including shooting attacks, bomb detonations, and transfer of terror funds.
In his house, an M-16 type weapon, magazines, and military equipment were found.

During the night, IDF fighters, Shin Bet, and Mista’arvim arrested nine fugitives in Judea and Samaria.

The arrested fugitives and the seized war materials were transferred for further treatment by security forces, no casualties were reported among our forces.

So far, since the beginning of the war, about 3,500 fugitives have been arrested across the Judea, Samaria, and the Valley divisions, more than 1,500 of them are affiliated with the Hamas terrorist organization.
