During the night, a report was received about shots fired at an IDF vehicle near the Jordan River crossing in the Rift Valley and Valleys Brigade area.
From the initial investigation of the incident, it appears that a suspect crossed the Jordan River and opened fire at a military vehicle conducting a routine patrol in the Rift Valley and Valleys Brigade area.
We emphasize that the suspect did not cross the system fence in the area, and there were no casualties in the incident. The incident is being investigated.
