Following the initial report,
Earlier today, a terrorist arrived via a dirt road in a vehicle to a junction near Nabi Elias in the Ephraim Brigade.
The terrorist disembarked from the vehicle and opened fire towards several vehicles that were present.
As a result of the shooting, an IDF soldier was seriously injured and evacuated for medical treatment at a hospital.
The soldier’s family has been updated, the IDF will continue to accompany her and her family members.
Additionally, a civilian was lightly injured.
IDF forces, in cooperation with an Air Force aircraft, were dispatched to the location, cordoning off the village of Nabi Elias and continuing the pursuit of the terrorist.
