The IDF, Shin Bet, and Border Police launched a counter-terrorism operation in Nur a-Shams in the Menashe Brigade overnight. The troops have so far eliminated several terrorists, arrested a number of wanted individuals, exposed explosives and routes, and searched buildings.
Two IDF soldiers from the Carob Commando Unit were lightly injured during the operation, in addition to a lone soldier from the Paratroopers Unit and a reserve officer from the Marom Brigade who were moderately injured. All the injured soldiers were evacuated for medical treatment at the hospital and their families have been updated.
