In addition, in the combat in which Staff Sergeant Ido Aviv and Staff Sergeant Kalkidan Mahari died, a soldier (serving operationally) from Battalion 223, Carmeli Brigade (2) was seriously injured. The soldier has been taken to a hospital and his family has been notified.
