The IDF and the Shin Bet eliminated the head of Hamas’s West Bank headquarters and another senior member of the terror organization,
Earlier this evening, following intelligence information from the Military Intelligence Directorate and the Shin Bet, an aircraft from the Air Force attacked and eliminated the terrorist Yassin Rabia, head of Hamas terror organization’s West Bank headquarters, and the terrorist Khalid Najar, a senior member of Hamas terror organization’s West Bank headquarters.
The attack was carried out in the Tel al-Sultan area in northwest Rafah, based on accurate intelligence.
The West Bank headquarters of Hamas terror organization is responsible for the direction, funding, and support of the execution of terror attacks in the West Bank and inside the country.
The terrorist Yassin Rabia led all the military operations of Hamas terror organization’s West Bank headquarters, dealing with the transfer of funds for terror purposes and directing the terror attacks of Hamas members in the West Bank.
In the past, Yassin carried out several murderous attacks, including attacks in 2001 and 2002 in which IDF soldiers were killed.
The terrorist Khalid Najar, a senior member of Hamas terror organization’s West Bank headquarters, directed shooting attacks and other terror attacks in the West Bank, and was engaged in money transfers intended for terror activities on behalf of Hamas terror organization in the Gaza Strip.
In his past, the terrorist Khalid carried out several murderous attacks, including attacks in the years 2001-2003 in which Israeli citizens were murdered, and additional soldiers were killed and injured.
Reports indicate that as a result of the attack and a fire that broke out in the area, several uninvolved individuals were injured, the incident is being examined.
