162 Brigade troops continue to operate in a focused and intelligence-based manner in the Rafah area.
Commando Brigade soldiers, operating in central Rafah together with Givati troops, located rocket launchers, tunnel entrances and weapon stashes of the Hamas terror organization, and destroyed a weapon storage facility used by Hamas in the area.
Combat team soldiers of the Givati, Paratroopers, 401 and Nahal brigades located military equipment, long-range rockets and many weapons in the operational areas, including firearms, RPGs, explosives, vests, and ammunition.
Under the initiative of the Air Force and the 215 Artillery Brigade, aircraft eliminated a notable terrorist from the Hamas terror organization who was active in the Rafah area.
98 Brigade troops and Yahalom Unit soldiers have destroyed hundreds of meters of terror tunnel systems in eastern Jabalia in recent days.
Combat team soldiers of the 460 Brigade operating under this brigade eliminated several terrorists in confrontations and tank fire. In addition, Air Force aircraft attacked guided by the troops and eliminated terrorists from the Hamas terror organization who were active in the area.
Combat team soldiers of the 679 Brigade under Brigade 99 continue to operate in central Gaza Strip. The fighters targeted an Air Force aircraft that eliminated several terrorists operating near our forces.
During the last day, fighter jets and aircraft of the Air Force attacked numerous terror targets in the Gaza Strip.
Among the targeted objectives were weapon depots and armed terrorist cells next to terror infrastructures and military buildings.
