Humanitarian Aid Update
Entry of Aid Trucks
A total of 245 trucks carrying humanitarian goods were transferred to Gaza yesterday. The trucks entered Gaza via the Kerem Shalom and Erez crossings.
Aid Collection
From the Gazan side of Kerem Shalom, 100 trucks were collected, including 28 by UN aid agencies and 72 by the private sector.
Fuel Supply
On July 15, 8 tankers of fuel and 6 tankers of cooking gas designated for the operation of vital humanitarian infrastructure entered Gaza.
Airdrops
In addition to ground deliveries, 17 pallets (equivalent to 3.08 tons) of aid were airdropped over Gaza yesterday.
Route 96 Coordination
Yesterday, 24 trucks were coordinated via Route 96.
Coordination Requests
Out of 69 general coordination requests, 63 (or 91%) were approved. Additionally, out of 18 UN coordination requests, 16 (or 89%) were approved. For the 16 coordination requests to northern Gaza, 15 (or 94%) were approved (as of July 15).
Local Tactical Pause
Today, on July 16, between 10:00 and 14:00, the IDF will pause operations in the Al-Awada neighborhood in Khan Younis to enable the movement of humanitarian aid.
