Humanitarian Aid Efforts in Gaza

245 trucks carrying humanitarian aid were inspected and transferred to the Gaza Strip yesterday (Feb. 25). 154 were inspected and transferred via Kerem Shalom, and 91 via Nitzana. A convoy of 17 trucks carrying humanitarian aid was coordinated to northern Gaza.

Gas and Fuel Supplies

Yesterday, (Feb. 25) 4 tankers of cooking gas and 3 tankers of fuel designated for the operation of essential infrastructure in Gaza, have entered the Gaza Strip.

Medical Exits

12 patients and escorts exited the Gaza Strip for medical treatment in Jordan and the United Arab Emirates today (Feb. 25). 56 foreign nationals are expected to exit the Gaza Strip today (Feb. 26).

Healthcare Support

A United Arab Emirates floating hospital docked at the El-Arish port on Feb. 22 and began receiving Gazan patients for treatment.

Bakery Operations

20 bakeries are operational in Gaza, providing over 2.5 million breads, rolls, and pita breads a day for the local population. Over the last 2 weeks, the number of operational bakeries went up from 10, to 12, to 15 and now to 20, following COGAT’s facilitation.

Repairing Vital Infrastructure

The coordination of the repair of vital infrastructure was successfully completed.

Humanitarian Aid Movement

Today, (Feb. 26) between 10:00 and 14:00, the IDF will pause operations in the Rafah Refugee camp in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip, in order to enable movement of humanitarian aid.
