In the battle in which Sgt. Yedidya Azugi fell, a combatant from Battalion 101, Paratroopers Brigade, was seriously injured.
In addition, two soldiers from Battalion 601, Brigade 401 ‘Desert Reconnaissance Battalion’, Combat Engineering Corps, were severely injured in a battle in the south of the Gaza Strip.
All the fighters were evacuated to receive medical treatment at a hospital and their families were updated.
