Humanitarian Aid Efforts in Gaza: Recent Updates
On March 31, a total of 205 humanitarian aid trucks were inspected and transferred to the Gaza Strip. Of these, 198 trucks were distributed within the Gaza Strip by United Nations aid agencies.
Ambulances and Medical Support
In recent days, 21 ambulances were transferred to the Gaza Strip. Since the onset of the war, the total number of ambulances transferred to Gaza has reached 105.
Food Aid
As part of food assistance efforts, 232 packages containing hundreds of thousands of meals were airdropped over northern Gaza on March 31.
Fuel and Essential Infrastructure
On the same day, four tankers of cooking gas and three tankers of fuel, designated for the operation of essential infrastructure in Gaza, successfully entered the region.
Patient Exits and International Support
Additionally, five patients, along with their escorts, exited Gaza yesterday. Six foreign nationals are expected to exit today.
A delegation of 22 doctors, organized by the Rahma organization, is anticipated to enter the Gaza Strip today.
Food Production
Currently, 21 bakeries are operational in Gaza, providing over 2 million breads, rolls, and pita breads daily to the local population.
Humanitarian Aid Operations Update
Looking ahead, on April 1, between 10:00 and 14:00, the IDF will pause operations in the Al Shaboura neighborhood in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip, to facilitate the movement of humanitarian aid.
