Humanitarian Aid Updates – April 4, 2023

Trucks and Aid Distribution

217 humanitarian aid trucks were inspected and transferred to the Gaza Strip yesterday (Apr. 3). Out of these,
126 trucks were distributed within the Gaza Strip by UN aid agencies. Additionally, 179 packages containing
hundreds and thousands of meals were airdropped over northern Gaza on the same day.

Furthermore, 25 trucks carrying food aid from the private sector were coordinated to northern Gaza.

Fuel and Gas Supplies

On April 3, 4 tankers of cooking gas and 3 tankers of fuel designated for the operation of essential infrastructure
in Gaza entered the Gaza Strip.

Foreign Nationals Exiting Gaza

42 foreign nationals exited the Gaza Strip yesterday (Apr. 2), and 30 are expected to exit today.

Jordanian Delivery Channel

Under the Jordanian delivery channel, 24 trucks from the World Food Programme (WFP) carrying food were
transferred to Gaza yesterday (Apr. 3).

Patient Exits and Vaccine Operations

Today (Apr. 4), 9 patients along with 2 escorts are expected to exit Gaza.

Bakery Operations

Currently, 21 bakeries are operational in Gaza, providing over 2 million breads, rolls, and pita breads each day
for the local population.

IDF Operations Pause for Humanitarian Aid

Today (Apr. 4), between 10:00 and 14:00, the IDF will pause operations in the Al-Salaam neighborhood in Rafah,
southern Gaza Strip, to facilitate the movement of humanitarian aid.
