Aid Collection Status

About 500 trucks worth of aid are waiting for collection as of August 17.

Northern Gaza Aid Coordination

On August 16, 11 aid trucks and 2 fuel tankers were coordinated for delivery to northern Gaza.

Bakeries Operations

Currently, there are 13 operational bakeries in the region—7 in northern Gaza and 6 in central Gaza. Together, they are producing close to 3 million pita loaves a day.

Coordination Requests

Out of 15 coordination requests made to the north, 14 (93%) were approved as of August 17.

Medical Aid Update

On August 16, another 1,000 blood units were successfully transferred to Gaza via Jordan. To date, we have facilitated the delivery of a total of 3,500 blood units to hospitals in Gaza. We remain committed to facilitating large quantities of medical supplies and will continue expanding our efforts to ensure a robust humanitarian medical response for Gaza.
