Distribution of Aid Trucks in Gaza

On April 23, a total of 220 aid trucks were distributed within Gaza, of which 141 contained food.

Airdrops of Aid Packages

Yesterday, on April 23, 231 pallets containing tens of thousands of packages of aid were airdropped into northern Gaza.

Support for Northern Gaza

A total of 52 trucks from the private sector were coordinated to deliver aid to northern Gaza on April 23.

Fuel and Gas Supplies

Additionally, 4 tankers of cooking gas and 3 tankers of fuel designated for the operation of essential infrastructure in Gaza, successfully entered Gaza on April 23.

Operational Bakeries in Gaza

Currently, 25 bakeries are operational in Gaza, providing over 3 million breads, rolls, and pita breads daily.

Evacuations and Health Care

So far, 3,204 injured and sick individuals along with 725 escorts have been evacuated from the strip. The repair of vital infrastructure is also underway.

Coordination Requests Update

As of April 23, out of 32 general coordination requests, 22 (69%) were approved. Additionally, 12 UN requests for coordination were submitted, with 10 being approved. There were 11 coordination requests to northern Gaza, out of which 8 (73%) were approved.

Since January 1, 2024, 87% of all coordination requests have been approved.

Humanitarian Pause in Operations

Today, April 24, between 10:00 and 14:00, the IDF will pause operations in the Western neighborhood in Rafah to enable the movement of humanitarian aid.
