Aid Trucks Entry and Humanitarian Assistance Update

Aid Trucks Entry

On June 27, a total of 353 trucks carrying humanitarian goods were transferred to Gaza. The breakdown is as follows:

  • 264 trucks via the Kerem Shalom Crossing
  • 51 trucks via the Erez West Crossing
  • 38 trucks via the Maritime route (JLOTS)

Current Aid Collection Status

From the Kerem Shalom crossing, 53 trucks were collected, all of which were managed by the private sector. Meanwhile, the content of 1,100 aid trucks is still waiting to be collected by UN aid agencies. Additionally, 72 trucks were collected from the Erez West Crossing by UN aid agencies. Unfortunately, no aid was collected from the offloading area of the JLOTS, where over 9,000 pallets of aid remain to be collected (as of June 27).

Fuel Supplies

On June 27, 1 tanker of fuel and 6 tankers of gas designated for essential infrastructure operations in Gaza were successfully delivered.

Maritime Route (JLOTS)

Additionally, 38 aid trucks were offloaded from the JLOTS yesterday.

Jordanian Route Entry

On the same day, 50 aid trucks entered Gaza via the Jordanian route.

Aid to Northern Gaza

One aid truck was coordinated for delivery to northern Gaza on June 27.

Medical Evacuations

Yesterday, 68 sick and injured patients managed to exit Gaza to Egypt and other countries abroad.

Coordinations for Humanitarian Missions

A total of 15 coordinations for humanitarian missions were requested and all of them were approved. Out of these, 10 were successfully carried out while 5 were canceled by the organization (June 27).

Local Tactical Pause

Today, June 28, between 10:00 and 14:00, the IDF will implement a local tactical pause in the Al-Nasr neighborhood of Khan Younis to facilitate the movement of humanitarian aid.
