Ruby Marzovilla is a graduate of Oberlin College in Ohio, where she double majored in Anthropology and Biochemistry. During her time at Oberlin, she was a member of And What!?, a hip-hop dance group for femmes that centers Black experiences.

According to her LinkedIn profile, Marzovilla has worked in various customer service industries, including non-profit social justice organizations, restaurants, and medical practices. She is currently listed as the Core Team Accessibility Lead at COLAGE National.

Marzovilla describes herself as a “professional performing artist” and “transformative mediator” on her LinkedIn page.

On May 9, 2024, she interrupted a video shoot featuring Noa Cochva, a former Miss Israel and IDF soldier. During this encounter, Marzovilla threatened Cochva and her crew with a knife, she also Used antisemitic language, including calling them “little Zionists”
