David Sasson

Sasson, a resident of the town of Ganot Hadar, was killed in an incident in which five other fighters from Okotz and the commando brigade were seriously injured.

Sasson was a fighter in the Oketz Unit in the Marom Brigade. He was the eldest in the family and left behind his parents and two sisters.

Gal Sasson, David’s cousin, said: “David loved the sea very much. He loved his friends and family very much. He was such a smart and sensitive person. He was very talented and the most beautiful boy. He did everything to reach as high as possible in the military service”.
