The IDF destroyed a Hezbollah military position from which launchings were carried out into Israeli territory; a combat helicopter and Air Force aircraft in conjunction with artillery forces attacked in Lebanese territory.
A short time ago, a combat helicopter and Air Force aircraft attacked and destroyed several targets of the Hezbollah terrorist organization. Among the targets destroyed were a launch site and a military position from which launches were carried out towards the northern region of the country earlier today.
Following alerts in the north of the country, a number of launches were detected crossing from Lebanon into several areas in the north. Some of them were intercepted according to policy.
Also, earlier today, air defense fighters successfully intercepted a suspicious aerial target from Lebanon before it crossed into Israeli territory. In addition, a drone that crossed from Lebanon fell near an IDF post in the Menara region.
IDF forces attacked the sources of the fire.
