Humanitarian Aid Update (January 14)

On January 14, 237 humanitarian aid trucks were inspected and successfully transferred to the Gaza Strip. This marks the highest number of aid trucks being transferred to Gaza in a single day since the onset of the war.

Aid Trucks Inspection and Transfers

Out of the 237 trucks, 117 were inspected at the Nitzan crossing and transferred to the Gaza Strip via the Rafah crossing. Additionally, 120 trucks were inspected and transferred through the Kerem Shalom crossing.

Fuel and Gas Supplies

Yesterday, four tankers of cooking gas and two tankers of fuel, designated for the operation of essential infrastructure in Gaza, also entered the Gaza Strip.

Foreign Nationals Exiting Gaza

A total of 96 foreign nationals exited the Gaza Strip yesterday, with 36 more foreign nationals coordinated for exit today.

Infrastructure and Field Hospitals

The coordination for the repair of vital infrastructure has been successfully completed. Additional field hospitals are currently in progress and are expected to be operational in the coming days. Furthermore, additional equipment and personnel for the operating field hospitals in the Gaza Strip have entered the region.

Bakeries Operating in Gaza

In central and southern Gaza, 12 bakeries are operational and producing over 2 million pita breads a day.

IDF Operations Pause for Humanitarian Aid (January 15)

Today, January 15, between 10:00 and 14:00, the IDF will pause operations in the Al-Jniena neighborhood in Rafah, southern Gaza, to facilitate the movement of humanitarian aid.
