Aid Trucks Entry into Gaza
On June 30, 311 trucks carrying humanitarian goods were transferred to Gaza. Out of these, 273 entered through the Kerem Shalom Crossing and 38 via the Erez Crossing. This brings the total number of aid trucks entering Gaza over the month of June to over 5,000.
Aid Collection Efforts
Only 110 aid trucks were collected by UN aid agencies and the private sector. Specifically, 59 trucks were collected from the Erez crossing, while only 51 trucks were collected from Kerem Shalom as of June 30. Additionally, the contents of 1,200 aid trucks are currently waiting to be collected from the Gazan side of Kerem Shalom.
Fuel Deliveries
On the same day, a total of 10 fuel and gas tanker trucks entered Gaza. This included 4 fuel tankers and 6 gas tankers designated for the operation of essential infrastructure.
Jordanian Route Coordination
Furthermore, 10 UNICEF aid trucks were coordinated via the Jordanian Route on June 30.
Aid to Northern Gaza
A total of 38 trucks were coordinated to northern Gaza as of June 30.
Gate 96 Operations
A convoy consisting of 13 food aid trucks and 5 fuel tankers entered Gaza directly through Gate 96 last night. This marks the second instance within a week that Gate 96 has been used for the direct entry of humanitarian aid into central Gaza.
Out of a total of 46 general coordination requests, 39 (85%) were approved.
Today, July 1, between 10:00 and 14:00, the IDF will pause operations in the Al-Ktiba neighborhood in Khan Younis to allow the movement of humanitarian aid.
