Crossing Closures for Aid Distribution

In line with the agreement reached with the US, Egypt, and the UN, Kerem Shalom and Nitzana crossings are closed on Saturdays. This closure facilitates the UN’s distribution of goods on the Gazan side of Kerem Shalom and the reception on the Egyptian side of Rafah.

Aid Trucks and Distribution

The content of 400 aid trucks is waiting on the Gazan side of Kerem Shalom to be picked up and distributed by aid agencies within the Gaza Strip. Recently, 9 aid trucks were distributed within the Gaza Strip. Additionally, overnight, 10 food aid trucks were coordinated to the northern Gaza Strip.

Ambulance Transfers

Over the last few days, 21 ambulances were transferred to the Gaza Strip. Since the start of the war, a total of 105 ambulances have been transferred to Gaza.

Humanitarian Aid Deliveries

On March 30, a total of 96 packages (1 ton each) of humanitarian aid were airdropped over northern Gaza. Furthermore, 4 tankers of cooking gas and 3 tankers of fuel designated for the operation of essential infrastructure in Gaza entered the Gaza Strip on the same day.

Local Bakery Operations

As of yesterday, 5 foreign nationals exited Gaza, and 21 bakeries are operational in the region, providing over 2 million breads, rolls, and pita breads daily for the local population.

Humanitarian Aid Movement Pause

Today, March 31, between 10:00 and 14:00, the IDF will pause operations in the Refugee Camp in Rafah, southern Gaza Strip, in order to enable the movement of humanitarian aid.
